Literally the slowest dealership service ever. 5k service which is basically an oil change and arrived at 8am appt and pulled out at 1135. Waited 29 mins for the car to be pulled up after signing the docs. Thankfully first one free but that was ridiculous.

I went for 7:20am appointment (oil change). They did inspection and found at least $2k worth of things to get done (some needs attention/some recommended) I waited for 4 hours just for an oil change. (I opted to wait on the other). I don't understand why it took 4 hours for an oil change.

Lupe was phenomenal! She made sure to explain everything with me and gave me copies of everything! New service drop off bays clean and busy as I entered i was greeted with in a few minutes to acknowledge my arrival for my appointment and waited for 20 minutes before someone took my information to start my service visit then I went to the waited lounge.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Jose and Mr. Guillermo at Group 1 Toyota. They provided outstanding service, communicated clearly, and actually took the time to address my concerns. The service tried to upsell me. Invented facts. I havent finished paying for the vehicle yet and it had an extensive inspection. You want to say that vehicle that i am still paying for that you guys vouched for would take about 550$ dollars in random maintenance? Look up what they calculated for me. The break fluid is still good. Tried charging me for extra two quarts of oil when it needs only 6 they tried to charge me for extra 2 . Why ? The Salesman at Group 1 Toyota were very transparent. Garni Apelin and Victor U. was very through with me. They didn't do the switch and bait with me like Grp. 1 Acura. I prematurely gave them a great survey. I had a delayed reaction. I didn't realize how gullible I was. Thank you Group 1 Toyota.

I am a long term regular customer. Bring my Toyota to get it serviced at Sterling McCall Toyota for the past 20 years. The past two service appointments have taken up to 4 hours for just an oil change and maintenance service inspection. During my last service appointment they left off the tire valve stem caps on all my tires and one center wheel cap. I am definitely not coming back to this dealership. Be careful purchasing from them if you don’t drive the car. ( don’t buy sight unseen ). I sadly bought a car which I had shipped to me in Calif. I relied on “ transparency of the sales person and dealership “ to inform me of any and all issues with the car before purchase. The guy giving out numbers at the service area was terrible at communicating my next steps. He stood around for 5 minutes chatting with a colleague never acknowledging me or telling me to give him a minute. However Mr. Gus was wonderful, explained everything clearly. Long wait time. Oil change took 2 hours. No update while waiting. You have to go and check every 15 min if your car is ready. They didn’t replace front window sticker for next service, didn’t turn off dashboard lights (that I initially went for). Not sure if they even changed the oil.

The wait time is more than one hour for 25K service (no oil change). There is a lot of room for service efficiency. The waiting area improves a lot than 3 months ago. The Wi-Fi is fast.

While my advisor was great, the wait time was unacceptable, over three hours just for an oil change. On top of that, the quality of the work was extremely poor. One of the TRD skid plate bolts was left loose, the skid plate itself was scratched, and oil was spilled onto the battery connector. I also found oily handprints in multiple areas of my car, including the interior door panel. This level of carelessness is very concerning.

They did a great job during my recent oil change. I really appreciate that they were honest and upfront in letting me know they couldn’t rotate my tires because the special key for my lug nuts wasn’t available. I value their transparency. At my previous dealership, tire rotation was listed on the service paperwork, but I’m confident it wasn’t actually done since they didn’t have the key either. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and didn’t claim to do something they couldn’t. Thank you for the honest service.
